Return & Exchange Policy
Wish Upon A Lash offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders.
If your order does not exceed your expectations, we will refund the amount for all UNUSED, UNALTERED & UNOPENED merchandise within 10 days.
Due to sanitation & health regulations, Wish Upon A Lash cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any USED, ALTERED and/or OPENED packaging (including Lash Glue)
Order must be purchased from Wish Upon A Lash with original order number
Products must be in original packaging with no visible signs or any discrepancy with the product
Gift sets & kits must be returned in full
Sale items cannot be returned
Please send Wish Upon A Lash an email addressing your concerns/requests firstname.lastname@example.org with Customer Name & Order Number.
Once we have received your package, providing it abides with the above, you will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Client is responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
Defective Or Damaged Product
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to Wish Upon A Lash email@example.com with Customer Name, Order Number & photo of the damaged product/s within 3 days from receipt date.
If Wish Upon A Lash considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by Wish Upon A Lash.
All shipping costs for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from Customer.
Anything after 3 days will be assumed to be an acceptable product to the buyer & no refunds will be issued.
If your package is incomplete, please send a photo of your entire order, including the packing slip to Wish Upon A Lash firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from delivery date.
Once confirmed by Wish Upon A Lash the missing item(s), will be replaced by Wish Upon A Lash.
After the given timeframe, Wish Upon A Lash is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.
